This cache is a short walk into the woods on Averill Road. Park along the west shoulder. Search near a large blowdown. Look for the skeleton hanging from a branch. The cache is close by. Please replace and rehide container well. It should be winter cachable.
There's a very creepy forest at the top of Cooperstown's Main Street. Take the right fork at the top of the hill toward the large water storage tank. There is an ample shoulder on the west side of the road, but maybe not so much in the winter. It's a low traffic location, but take caution parking and walking along the road. Read one of Luckless' caches for information regarding the perils of forest caching. That should scare you more than these dark woods. Please take a souvenir from the cache if you choose. You don't need to trade anything.
