And Stretch... #3 Traditional Cache

As the winter is drawing near along with the associated weather (although it is hard to distinguish summer and winter sometimes) I thought I would place some Park and Grab type caches that will require a bit of dexterity (depending on your height) and a good amount of stealth.

This one should be easy to locate but harder to extract, you will most likely need the correct tool here to extract. Again a very busy area around school time so would recommend a high degree of stealth and recommend as a night cache and dash

Contains Logbook and swaps at time of placing
