La villa Caccia dei conti di Romentino sorge su un poggio che sovrasta Romagnano Sesiachiamato monte Cucco. Fu progettata da Alessandro Antonelli cercando di recuperare il più possibile il preesistente convento dei Cappuccini edificato nel 1641. Fa da contorno alla villa un grande parco che la isola in una zona di verde tra numerose piante secolari.
La villa rimase proprietà della famiglia Caccia fino al 1950, negli anni '60 venne adibita a scuola media, negli anni '80 fu acquistata dal Comune ed attualmente una convenzione con il Museo storico etnografico di Romagnano Sesia ha permesso notevoli restauri.
È attualmente sede del Museo storico etnografico della Bassa Valsesia.
The Villa Caccia Romentino's family is located on a hill overlooking Romagnano Sesia called Monte Cucco . It was designed by Alessandro Antonelli trying to recover as much as possible the existing Capuchin monastery built in 1641. It surround the villa a large park with many old trees .The villa was owned by the Caccia family until 1950 , in the '60s was used as a school , in the' 80s it was bought by the city and currently have an agreement with the Historical Museum of Ethnography in Romagnano Sesia that has allowed considerable restoration .
It currently houses the Historical Museum of Ethnography of Lower Valsesia .
