This is a night cache that has TWO starting places, so you can choose where you want to start. They both end at the cache. Carry flashlights, and follow the white reflectors.
You can start your hike from two different places. You can start in Pecan Grove, if you are camping in that area, Bushy Trails, the Yurts, or the shelters. You can start your hike from N 32 14.057 W 099 53.044 Or, if you are camping in or near the Wagon Wheel, you can start your hike at N 32 14.225 W 099 53.024 You will need flashlights. The trail is marked with reflectors. Follow the WHITE reflectors in, the ORANGE reflectors out. Remember, there are TWO starting places, so remember your turns when coming out. This cache is located inside Abilene State Park. You will need a Park Permit to enter the Park. You can purchase a day pass for $5 for anybody over 12. Under the age of 12 gets in free. Or you can purchase a yearly pass, if you don't already have one. There is a permit for this cache on file at Abilene State Park.
