The Meerkat lost its power (#37)
Recently at the Meerkat’s home:
The Meerkat awoke after a long night with this well-known feeling in its stomach – cache hunger! But obviously deep night was still around , because it was absolutely dark at the Meerkat’s sleeping cave. Ok, “Good Night” again and nice dreams of cacher-paradises - far, far away. But after some time the real hunger became unbearable, so that its tummy rumbles threw teh Meerkat out of its bed. ‘Strange, really strange, something is going wrong here!’ The rock station in the radio seemed to play a silent hour for all gone rockstars in Meerkat’s heaven. Did the TV show again that unloved repetion of “Dark at Night!”? And, for God’s sake, why didn’t the refrigerator’s light shine? How should it find its beloved toadstoolcake? Panic attacks came up. At this moment it heard its neighbour Don Donkey neighing. “Oh my Godness, Don Donkey is back for his Christmas-job!?” Did he really try to install his Christmas lights again with his untalented hooves? Oh yes, everything has been destroyed! Now, the meerkat has to repair everything, but without any help? And where is the book with the people’s names to call for help? Where are you?
