Dimma is a tiny but enthusiastic Methodist congregation meeting at the well maintained but traditional chapel on the A39 between Bude and Wainhouse Corner. The congregation host several outreach events for children and young families and special celebration meals each year.
One of the members writes,
"Dimma (the smallest Chapel in the Circuit) holds so many Baptisms that we decided a few years ago to reach out to these children and their Parents/Grandparents. We hold ‘Parties’ with a time of singing and child orientated worship in the church, followed by party games and food. At Easter we hold an egg hunt. When some of these children come for other events such as meals – they love to play Church including pretend preaching and playing the organ (if Mum allows!) The members really enjoy these fun-filled afternoons!
Parking is limited and this is a busy main road take care of children.
