"Hills Are Your Friends" is a common phrase amongst runners. The idea is that running up and down hills is a good way to add strength work to your running workout. It's easy to say when you are sitting at your computer, but yesterday when I was out running a loop around the trails and roads of Prospect Hill Park in the vicinity of this cache, it was not so easy to say it. It was more like "Hills Are Your Frenemies" or "Hills Are Fiends".
"Hills Are Your Friends" should be in your phrase book if you are a geocacher in this area, as Prospect Hill Park has many existing geocaches, and is host to at least 1 annual Event Cache that I can think of. I was barely able to find a place to hide this cache, as Prospect Hill Park is nearly saturated with geocaches!
"Hills Are Your Friends" on a beautiful autumn day like the day when this cache is being hidden. With the blue sky, crisp autumn weather, and colorful foliage, the views of the Boston skyline to the east and the hills and mountains to the west from the top of Big Prospect and Little Prospect peaks in this park are fantastic.
You might also say "Hills Are Your Friends" if you enjoyed living next door to Harold and Marian Hill. I'd better stop now, this is getting out of hand.
Congratulations to mswma on the FTF!
