This cache is placed by a fast-food restaurant which made it's RI debut this week with many Rhode Islanders excited to try it out for the first time. The cache itself may not be the fastest cache alive as the title suggests, but it should be pretty fast to find and sign. Please rehide well, and as always, happy caching!
