Tytherley 1 Traditional Cache

This is a series of caches over approximately 5.5 miles from the village of West Tytherley.

The route takes you along quiet lanes, footpaths along field edges, muddy bridleways and a wooded path.  There were no livestock present when the caches were set but sheep may be in some of the fields during the spring and summer months.

I hope you enjoy the variety of caches and the walk.

From the suggested parking coordinates, head along the road to the first waypoint and turn left at a very overgrown footpath sign (nearly opposite the more visible one on the right of the road).  You will enter what appears to be a garden behind a green sign telling you to keep the gate closed, but it's actually a grassy path that goes to the left of the building (a hall) and past a greenhouse.  You'll see a tree lined dried up pond.  Continue to the left to the second waypoint and over the stile to walk up the field to the cache.  If you like, you can avoid this section and find the nearby Church Micro cache before heading along a different footpath to Tytherley 1.
