DANCE as though no one is watching! Multi-Cache

A super easy two step multi-cache!! The final location is a park and grab. I found this little parking area when I was out driving around looking for interesting areas to place a cache. Not really sure why it's here. But it was kind of a fun drive over the canal and down into the lot. 

As you know, the cache is not at the posted coordinates. There is a sign there however. Answer the below questions about the sign to find out the final location of the cache.
