This cache is not at the posted coordinates.  In order to find the coordinates for this cache, you must look at the cache page for Romulus's twin brother Remus. Here's a link:

Sadly, the final location has nothing to do with Italy or twins.  I just happened to find this location while I was out Rome-ing around (bad pun intended).
