2 Hessett & Rougham Hustle & Bustle Traditional Cache

This cache is part of a series that I planned during the Summer holidays. It takes you on a circular walk (with a slight detour!) from Quaker Lane to Hessett and High Rougham. You can park in Quaker Lane and follow the walk along a well signed footpath route and some fairly quiet country lanes, although a few of the series can be done as cache & dash stops.

This cache could be done as a cache & dash and is accessible for a wheelchair but help would be needed to retrieve the cache.

The official footpath route goes over the planks that bridge the ditch but this hasn't been used for years as the field entrance is right next to it and the little 'bridge' can be overgrown and slippery.

The road alongside isn't used by many cars but is a popular dog walk route for locals.
