The only fishing pond operated by a ward out of twenty three wards in Tokyo metropolitan.
This is not just a fishing pond but, as the name suggests, is a small park. Admission is free and you can stroll around the pond. Flower garden is beautiful in the spring season, especially, in May, bloomed iris is beautiful.
You may bring your own fishing pole which must be shorter than 3 meters (9.8 ft) long and only live baits are allowed.
Rental fishing poles and baits are also available.
Cache is outside the Park along the Shin-Kashi River which is also good place to stroll. In April, You can enjoy bloomed cherry blossom.

都内で唯一の区営釣り堀。単なる釣り堀ではなく、名前の通り、公園となっており、園内を散歩できます（入場無料）。
春には菖蒲を初めとする花壇が目を楽しませてくれます。
３ｍ以内のものに限り、釣竿を持ち込み可です。また、生き餌のみ可となっています。
有料の貸しつり竿と生餌もあります。
キャッシュは、新河岸川の遊歩道沿いにあります。ここも春には桜が咲き大変きれいなところです。
