Hon Gam Ghi is an idyllic island and it is part of the An Thoi archipelago which consist of 17 different small islands. This island has a few lovely beaches and it is surrounded by coral. This island is located south of An Thoi in the Gulf of Thailand
The only way to get to Hon Gam Ghi Island is by boat. You can etheir join a snorkelling/diving tour of the south or commission you own boat from An Toi port.
The beach here is very picturesque and you feel like you are truly in paradise. The sand here is a soft powdery white and the sea is clean and turquoise in color.
Even thouht it is small island. Hon Gam Ghi beach is one of Phu quoc's best beaches and it is still relatively unknown.
The water here is calm and clear and perfect for swimming.
The reef around the island is shallow which makes it perfect for snorkelling. The are a few hard coral species here. In terms of marine life, you may be able to see small fish, sea worms, and a variety of shell fish. The snorkelling here is not as good as the other islands in Phu Quoc. 800000 dongs (about 40$), this is the price for a full day local boat with driver (see pictures) and four people. We visit several others islands and specially Hon Roi where the cache (GC5TRFV) waiting us. Take food and drink as you will not find anything on these islands with the exception of Hon Thom (Bai Nam village).
That would make me very happy if you decorate your logs with pictures of you.
