This Wherigo will give you an auto tour of JDSP. You shouldn't need to leave your car for anything except the final which is not far from the road, but if you are not familiar with the park this is a great opportunity to stop and explore (just be sure to save your progress). This Wherigo will take a little over an hour, not including any stops you make along the way.
This Wherigo is best done with at least two people: one to drive and one to navigate. Please obey the posted speed limit. Watch for other vehicles, bicyclists, and wildlife. At each stage please pull off the road when possible. If you park your vehicle at any point then all wheels need to be off the pavement.
There are 18 zones/stages to visit (including the final), but only a few questions along the way.
Thanks to ranger Barry Richardson who created the paper and audio versions of the park auto tour which this Wherigo is based on. Barry has been very helpful over the years with my questions about the park's history. Thanks to RangerFox for creating his Wherigo Kit online builder which was used in the making of this Wherigo. Thanks to the Cacheapalooza 10 Crew for hiding the final.

Cache placement approved by Rob Rossmanith, park biologist. Park with all wheels off pavement, obey speed limts, and do not block gates!
