This cache is part of a bread crumb (or bird seed) trail. The trail starts on State Road 13 and leads to the Mingo Manor TB Hotel & Mega Resort right up the road (GC543V7). The trail was left by Philbert Phlamingo the geocache and waymarking mascot so that his flamingo friends might find their way home (they are not homing pigeons ya know, they get lost easy). The one mile trail (as the flamingo flies) consists of mostly quick park and grabs like this one but to keep your skills honed and interest levels above snooze Philbert made sure no two caches were the same on the journey. You might even see something new along the way.
If you have the time feel free to follow the trail on up to the TB hotel (GC543V7). Its open year round, welcomes repeat visitors, has lots of bugs, and Philbert says it is well maintained. The owners strive to keep the inventory accurate and swag well stocked for the kids.
