Beware the wetlands of Patonga, for there amongst the mangroves and oozy mud dwell dark creatures with sharp teeth and a taste for cacher flesh. But fear not, for if you avoid the highest of the tides, you may succeed in your quest without sinking into the mire or even wetting your feet.
The cache is located within the Patonga Creek Wetland Reserve and can be accessed mostly along the walking track. You might also like to check out the little beach down a side track along the way, particularly if it's warm and you need to cool off after your adventure.
The container is long and narrow, so can't really hold much except for maybe a small TB or geocoin. A pencil is included with the logbook but bring a pen just in case.
I've set the public transport attribute as there's a bus service to Patonga, but it doesn't run very frequently so check the timetables first.
Please place him back head-first into his lair to prevent him drowning on rain water.
