Welcome to Belleville!

In mid-July, Belleville embraces its flood control channels and hosts a Concrete River Festival. Activities include a kids' carnival, a parade, a beer garden, an historic car show, and the Concrete River Color Run, which takes place... in the concrete river, of course.
