azuresquirrel: After the cache was muggled and destroyed less than a week after i replaced the outer container I think it is time to archive this cache. I hope to find another place to revive this cache in the future.

Another in my literary series, this one takes a themed container and a loose interpretation of an island. While there is no "X" that marks the spot for this treasure, but a distinctive landmark does.
Treasure Island is a book written by Robert Lewis Stevenson originally serialized in 1881 and 1882 and published as a book in 1883. It is a coming-of-age story that helped to create and formulate many o the tropes we see in pirate cultute literature. It has been adapted in film and television over fifity times, as well as radio and writtenadapations.
