Designed and installed as part of a thesis project for a Master in Fine Art, by James Johnson in 1970, the Guard of the Plains sculpture made of Cor-ten steel stands in the Paxico Hill rest area on I-70 in Kansas.
You will be looking for a well camouflaged container near the sculpture. The cache is accessible from both the Eastbound and Westbound lanes on I-70. Good luck and enjoy!
