Congratulations to One Cat on her 1000th find!!!
After months of planning, running mad trips all over and caching across Ontario, we finally made it to our thousand marks. Sol and I are looking forward to hitting the next 60,000 with you, and Sol promises to try to not get all tied up the next time Picker is around. We might be a little crazy to be doing all this, but what the heck, we're all mad here. I should add too, that you have the patience of a St. to wait for this to come out now rather than last week. { that is.... If you actually waited.
}
I searched long and hard for a location suiting Cats taste in caches and while I decided almost immediately to go with a Restin' Cache, which site was the question.
The Altona Mennonite Church still stands on the grounds but hasn't seen service since 1974, and the first grave was listed in 1835. It's a small site with a lot of character. Please take some time to look around at the site but as always please be respectful of the surroundings.
Happy caching everyone, whether you're at your 5th cache or your 5000th, look closely as sometimes they aren't all there (but they always come back) and hopefully this will give you something to smile about.
