Geocache Description:

Welcome to The Quarry Ridge Bike Trail.

And another cache in the I've Waited Long Enough series.


Ground Zero for this cache is near the former home of The Bearclaws' Mound Of Lead.  I moved it about 200 feet north in order to make it a bit more muggle resistant.  Apparently the history books indicate that this area was the location of a great massacre of clay pigeons.  I can't understand why anyone would want to harm one of these magestic creatures.



I had considered putting an SQ in the name of the cache but since this isn't an "official resting grounds" I decided against it.  At least now, since the area has become a nature preserve, we can be sure that no more clay pigeons will be harmed.  
This cache is not for the faint of heart.  While hunting it you will encounter the remains of many of the fallen.  Feel free to take a moment to ponder the past.
