Geocache Description:

Kaibab Kache is at the end of the Fraser to Granby Trail in Kaibab Park on the east end of the town of Granby. No hard hiking involved, but the area can get slippery from mud or snow. The cache itself shouldn't get buried, but access will be tricky. Wear boots if it is snowy. In the summer, when the river is high, please be extra careful. Be sure to have good shoes on and to not slip on the loose gravel. Please be sure to keep your eyes on smaller children.

The cache is a small plastic ice cream container with a screw top lid. Started out with a paracord bracelet, some spinning tops (dreidel), and some toy cars. Also has a log in a ziploc bag and 2 pencils and a pencil sharpener. Please leave the pencils and the pencil sharpener inside the cache.

Kaibab Park features two softball fields (one lighted), one lighted baseball field, a kids fishing pond, picnic shelter with four tables, a playground, restrooms (seasonal) and walking trail to the Fraser River.
