Geocache Description:

A quick park and grab (or walk and grab on your way to Mt Rogers). Placed with geokids in mind, at their level, with plenty of swaps. Big geokids also welcome of course cheeky

If you've ever wanted to geocache in California USA I recommend the Coachella Valley, encompassing Palm Desert and surrounds. I had the most awesome caching experience there in July 2015. The local geocachers are very friendly and helpful. Today they had an event I would've loved to attend and I spent most of the day reminiscing about the beauty of the desert and my fantastic caching adventures. 

You're looking for a cylindrical container with screw top lid, camouflaged to its surroundings. It should be a quick find. There are houses nearby but shouldn't pose any risk to the cache if the usual precautions are followed. The path may have foot traffic in peak hour with bus commuters or dog walkers. Plenty of parking nearby then a short walk with slight incline and you'll be at ground zero.
