Warum muss man eigentlich für einen (guten) Nachtcache immer so weit fahren? Was gibt es besseres als an einem dunklen Winterabend eine schöne Nachtcacherunde zu machen? Dabei nicht viel rechnen, sondern einen schönen Spaziergang mit ein paar einfachen Stationen, der auch mit Kindern geht? Ab in den Friedrichshain!
Nun zum Cache:
- Ca. 2,4km Rundgang liegen vor euch
- Es gibt drei Stationen und drei nachfolgende kurze Blindstrecken. Für Station 1 und zwei müsst ihr peilen, an Station 3 gibt es Koos.
- Eine Taschenlampe, die weiter leuchtet als ihr Batterien werfen könnt, reicht aus. Es muss keine Maxi-Maglite sein.
- Ein (1) weißer Trailmarker weist euch den Weg.
- Drei (3) weiße Trailmarker im Dreieck gibt es an Stationen oder nach einer "Blindstrecke".
- Beim Final werden die Trailmarker enger, ihr seht das schon. ;)
Weitere Hinweise:
- Es gibt Abzweigungen - immer in alle Richtungen schauen.
- Die Wege sind Kinderwagen geeignet, aber es gibt Treppen - die liessen sich leider nicht umgehen wenn man eine schöne Strecke wollte. Ihr schafft das aber! ;)
Start: Stelle dich an die o.g. Koordinaten in die Mitte der Wegkreuzung und suche nach drei (3) Trailmarkern im Dreieck. Gehe in diese Richtung - der Cache beginnt. Nach ca. 500m erreichst du Station 1.
Station 1: Du hast die Station erkannt an drei Trailmarkern im Dreieck an einem Baum. Welcher Baum ist es? Am Ende der Peilung endet die Blindstrecke. Laufe dorthin und suche Trailmarker.
- A: Eiche -> project149m, 132°
- B: Buche -> project 114m, 287°
- C: Birke -> project 123m, 212°
Station 2: Geht die Treppe hinunter und zähle die Stufen der Treppe. Die Quersumme ist 7. Gehe vom Ende der Treppen (Anzahl_Treppenstufen * 6 - 5) Meter nach 63°. (Bester Weg: folgt dem Laternenweg). Sucht am Zielpunkt nach 3 Trailmarkern.
Station 3: Schaut euch um - welches Symbol ist zu erkennen?
- A: Trapez -> Gehe zu N52° 31.707 E13° 26.213
- B: Raute -> Gehe zu N52° 31.651 E13° 26.259
- C: Quadrat -> Gehe zu N52° 31.673 E13° 26.296

Why travelling far for a good nightcache? Just a nice nightwalk without tremendously complex calculations, also suitable with children? Then you are right here in the Friedrichshain!
Cachedetails:
- The round is approx. 2.4km long.
- There are three stations and after every station there are three quick "blind sections" without trailmarkers. Es gibt drei Stationen und drei nachfolgende kurze Blindstrecken. At station 1 and 2 you need to do coordinate projections, at station three there are koordinates to choose from.
- A flashlight that is as strong as it can light further than you can throw batteries is enought. It must not be a Maxi-Maglite.
- One (1) white trailmarker shows you the way.
- Three (3) white trailmarker in a triangular arrangement indicate stations or the start of the trail after a blind section.
- At the final the trailmarkers become more - you'll find it. ;)
Further Hints:
- There are junctions - always look in all directions.
- The ways are ok for strollers, but there are stairs. Sorry for that but it was not possible to find a proper way without them. Fit parents can make it! ;)
Start: Go the the coordinates in the middle of the juncation and look for three (3) trailmarkers in a triangle. Go in that direction - the cache begins. After ca. 500m you'll reach station 1.
Station 1: You've identified the station at three trailmarkers in a triangle on a tree. Which one is it? At the end of the projection the blind section ends. Go there and search for trailmarkers.
- A: oak -> Peile 149m, 132°
- B: beech -> Peile 114m, 287°
- C: birch -> Peile 123m, 212°
Station 2: Go down the staris and count them. The cross sum is 7. Go from the end of the stairs (number_stairs * 6 - 5) meter to 63°. (best way: follow the way with the lanterns). Search at the projection end for three trailmarkers.
Station 3: Look around. Which symbol can you spot?
- A: trapeze -> Gehe zu N52° 31.707 E13° 26.213
- B: diamond / rhombus -> Gehe zu N52° 31.651 E13° 26.259
- C: square -> Gehe zu N52° 31.673 E13° 26.296
