The cache is located on a rooftop of a small building in Herzliya Pituah. The rooftop is designed similar to the description of the hunger games arena in the second book of the Hunger games trilogy. The recommended entrance to the rooftop is by going up the stairs on Ha-Menofim street.
It’s most recommended to visit at night and enjoy the view of the stars. The cache is a micro so remember to BYOP.
