Very few communities have such a large beautiful park within their borders. This 10-acre park features two pavilions, a playground, two baseball fields, bathrooms and basketball courts. An exercise track has recently been added. Hickory Park has been the scene of carnivals, picnics, celebrations, ball games, and the annual Bergen Park Day. A memorial rock with plaque and flag pole greets visitors and reminds us of the men and women of our community who have sacrificed their lives for their country.
