Motukorea Island (or Browns Island) is a small island located in Auckland's Hauraki Gulf. The island has one of the best preserved volcanic cones in Auckland and has many historic Maori and early European sites.
During your visit, take the time to head up to the trig point on the edge of the volcanic crater, for spectacular views around the Hauraki Gulf and back to Auckland.
