Where: see anchor coordinates.
The coordinates guide you to the Ayala Triangle Park in Makati City. You will find a tree with hanging lanterns at the anchor coordinates (in fact, it is just one of two or three of such trees in the park). It should not be so hard to find the right tree. [;)] The lanterns will show you the way.
(Just to be avoid any confusion: The lantern tree closest to Makati Avenue!)
The logbook will be there for half an hour (30 minutes).
Watch for it. I attached a picture of the logbook to make it easier for you.
