You'll need to correct the given coordinates in order to find this cache. Chew on the information in the description--I hope it doesn't seem a Herculean task! In fact, by Jupiter, I hope you solve this puzzle lickety-split! Be sure to check Certitude for important information, even if you're sure you have the correct coordinates!
Some puzzles make me want to scream in frustration or swear off puzzle-solving forever. Fortunately help is available, such as hunterKat's monthly puzzle events in Frederick; or you could just contact puzzle-creators or -solvers directly for help. But even with first-rate help, such as Hixon offered at the Applied Physics Lab this week end, it may still be very difficult to solve some puzzles, and you may find yourself cursing the encoder countless times, or even thinking about contacting Groundspeak about imposing a limit on the gestation period for puzzle solutions--you log your beginning effort towards a solution, and if you haven't logged the correct solution within a month or two or three, the solution is mercifully automatically sent to you! Most of the time, however, puzzles yield their secrets to your penetrating analytical powers--as this one surely will--though, before you succeed in deciphering the code, you may have to shift your thinking a few times and you may wish you had one of those canine units to help you sniff out clues!
