In late May 2013, my brother "profbrad" called me from his home 6 hours away in PA, and told me I just had to check out this "cool" activity he had been reading about - there was even an app for our iPhones.....geocaching. I downloaded the app in early June, but didn't find my first cache until 06/14/13. I found 4 that day, and remember thinking how awesome we were. I mean, hey, it only took an entire afternoon! (lol) I didn't catch the "bug" until the 31 days of August challenge that same year, and wow have things not been the same since. My brother's story is similar - started caching in early June 2013, but didn't really dive in until August of that same year.
So now, 2 years and 5 months after we both started, we have had shared and separate awesome adventures....leading up to this 5000 find milestone for both of us. Please come join us!
