Given how popular my previous cache of this format has been, I'd thought I'd put another one out. This one is a fairly straightforward nano find after a three-stage puzzle.
- The first stage is to identify the countries represented by the flags A to J on the image in the gallery. Make sure you get the spellings correct or you'll go awry at the next stage!
- Calculate the value each of country's name using standard UK Scrabble tile values. For example, if you think D is Finland, you would get the result 11 (4 for the F, 2 for the D and five lots of 1 for the other letters). No double or triple letters involved though! This will give a numerical value for each clue, A through to J.
- Substitute those values into the following formula to find the final co-ordinates:
N: (5 x F)º (3 x D) . A (B-E) (H/J)
W: 003º (B+C) . (D-F) (F-J) G
The cache itself should not be difficult to find and is accessible at all times.
