Right On Target Mystery Cache

As Paul was packing for a business trip his phone suddenly alerted him to a new puzzle. He took a break to study the puzzle but could not solve it. Paul thought to himself, maybe I can brute force it. Having done it before and having the knowledge to do it. Paul quickly found a good area to search. Paul decided to search it on the way to the airport. After half an hour he had to stop and catch his plane.

On the flight home he took another look at the puzzle page and noticed two things. 1. The Puzzle had a familiar sounding name.  2. A TOTT icon attribute was used for this puzzle. He didn't bring any tott with him but knew of a large store near the airport. They would surely have any tott that was needed. And no one had found it yet. Paul sat back and studied the puzzle for an hour. He thought to himself, another Rusty puzzle it might take awhile. 

The plane was starting to land so he took a break. As he was looking out the window he got an aha moment. He quickly checked the cache page and google maps and knew he was on the right track. Paul checked his solution with certitude and was rewarded with the dancing Homer.

Paul rushed out of the airport to get the FTF. When he arrived at GZ he noticed a familiar place and started his search. Paul searched for over an hour and made the find. Yep said Paul, I sure had the right idea about brute forcing this one. With a big smile he logged his FTF.
