Use info at the posted coords to solve the puzzle below. Final is just a short walk through the park from the posted coords. Placed in conjunction with Hoosier Buddy 2015.

This cache will take you to a nice little park in an old neighborhood of Hammond. This area can be rife with muggles at different times of the year, so stay stealthy!

At the posted coordinates is a sign, use the information on the sign to solve for the final coords (use only one side of the sign and ignore any punctuation).

Let B = toal number of letters
