It is West of the paved trail behind the Northland housing development. You don't need to go down the rock slope.
We'd like the FTF to start Braeden's Shakes the Skeleton and his hitchhikers, Cub Scout Troop 513, Den 4 Scout Wolf and a leather key fob with a specific Scout message, to be Loyal, on their journey around the world.
