You see them dotted around the place...areas that you can pull over to safely change drivers, read your phone messages, or check your map. They may not be great places to stretch your legs or give the dog/kids a quick run, but are handy anyway.
Poor frmen1 was called into work so I came with him to 'keep him company' aka shout myself morning tea and go geocaching :)
I parked at this lovely little spot in order to get a nearby bush cache. There is a picnic table, rubbish bin and lots of shade. There are no toilets, but so far it is the safest Pull Over cache for kidlets.
