The Quilt Block Series will be a series of 30 caches that are mostly on back roads in President Township. Some of the roads are posted "No Winter Maintenance." All of the hides should be quick finds and there are pull-offs close-by each cache. There is not alot of traffic on these roads, but please be careful when caching with children.
FLYING GEESE
Flying geese are usually constructed by taking a rectangle and sewing a small square in each of the outer corners. These are a staple of every quilter's knowledgebase. They can be used in various blocks and also to make elaborate borders. There have been many specialty rulers and special instructions invented to make this block easier.
