Irrigation Channel CMC#9 Traditional Cache

And again a new cache in the Childhood Memories Cache series. This cache commemorates the walks my brother Kristiaan and I made with our mom to discover the ‘inland’.

In my memory the walks were very long, we walked for hours and hours, but we never reached the mountains! So perhaps the walks are only long in my memory. We enjoyed it very much. Of course it was very hot in the summers. To cool off my brother and I walked barefoot in the irrigation channels that supplied the orange orchards with water. We splashed each other with water, and sometimes just lied down flat in the channels. This year I hid a cache nearby one of these irrigation channels. Let’s see if you can find it. Be careful! Traffic drives like crazy.
