The posted coordinates will lead you to a red rectangle. Please stand here and look southwest (for those directionally challenged geocachers, that is toward the auto parts store). You will be looking for a vertical 9 digit number. You will need these digits to calculate the coordinates for the physical container that contains the logbook, letterbox stamp and ink pad as well as plenty of SWAG and room for trackables. I hope you enjoy this letterbox hide. If you did, please indicate by giving it a favorite point.
Put the yellow vertical numbers in the following format A B C D E F G H I
The final coordinates are calculated as follows: N 28º CG.(H+C) (I+E) (B-A) W 80º AE.DIF
As always, you must sign the log to claim the find. It is your responsibility to bring a writing utensil even though one may be provided. (They do come up missing or fail to write on occasion.) So, not having a pen or pencil is not an excuse for not signing the log and claiming the find. You are not, however, required to stamp the logbook if you don't have your own letterbox stamp.
I have permission from the nearby store to hide this cache on their property.
NOTE TO FINDERS: This is a geocache/letterbox hybrid, placed so both letterboxers and geocachers can enjoy the search.
Note that THE STAMP IS NOT A TRADE ITEM. It is part of the cache and must remain with it. Letterboxers use this stamp to mark their personal journals as a record of their visit.
If you have never done a letter box cache, just feel free to sign the log as usual. If you have your own stamp then stamp our log book with your stamp and use our stamp to make a stamp in a log book of your own!
If you are a letterboxer, the trinkets in this container are for trading. Take an item if you like, but please leave one in return.
