A great viewpoint over Picton Harbour. This is in the Victoria Domain, and you can drive to it. Heading to Waikawa, turn left down Sussex street, follow the one way road up the hill - you continue around and come out near Queen Charlotte College, a nice scenic drive. Or you can walk via one of the many trails.
This is a high muggle area, please take care retreiving the cache, you may be able to use your vehicle as a geoshield, or people may be too busy enjoying the view to notice what you're up to. I've tried to make it quick and easy to grab. Please take care to return upright.
