Geocache Description:

Pleaced near a scenic pullout, the offers awesome views from either side of the road.

On the North side is a human power 4 person ferris wheel. Bring 3 friend of approximate weight for an even better view. Also you can take the 2 km narrow road to the highest point in the district. My wife would not let me take her sister's car up the road, so I expect a good geocache placement opportunity waiting for someone with a small or regular container.
