Geocache Description:

Adding a lot of hard surfaces to our environment, like the asphalt in this car park, add to the ‘Urban Heat Island Effect’. This is a phenomenon that affects built up populated areas for a number of reasons, one being the increase in dark surfaces which absorb more heat than light surfaces. So this car park gets pretty hot in the Perth summer – something you may be aware of if you have ever hopped back in your car on a warm day!

But never fear, this cache holds the answer! This cache has been hidden at the heart of the solution, if you have parked here on a hot day you are probably closer than you think!

Beware of muggles on this site, but please do note that University Security and maintenance know about this geocache, so please be honest if asked what you are doing!
