Since this is my Very First Cache I'm going to make it easy.
The cache is in a PIPE and you will have to "Fish" it out. There is a loop of wire on the cache to make hooking it easy. The cache is only about 12 to 15 inches from the top opening of the pipe.
Hidden on County property with permission of the manager of the facility where the prize is located. There is plenty of parking close by. Muggles shouldn't be too much of a problem.
