A simple cache that is near a restaurant that often hosts events.
It is walkable from the local restaurant, or a very short walk for those who drive closer. There are muggles in the area, as people cut through here, walking from the stop light to the businesses near by. Easily accessable from the street, but not wheel chair accessable.
There is enough room for small swag, and travel bugs if they are not much bigger than the TB tag.
