The New Bridge...and Sidewalk! Traditional Cache

The residents of New Brighton and the students of Moundsview High School have been waiting for a sidelane to get over the bridge.  Now a new bridge and an added bike/walk lane!

Sneak off the sidewalk and take a look for this cache.  Tucked away, you will most likely need a tool to get it out of its spot.  As always, return as found for the next geocacher's experience.  Thanks!
