Geocache Description:

They might be feral, but they are still magnificent.

One night (it might have even been a foggy one) we rounded this bend to find a magnificent 12 point stag disdainfully staring down our pathetic Hyundai. He won. It was late, we were tired, although not unduly under the weather, but it still felt hallucinatory. A bit like many Christmas carols really. However, if we'd been going a touch faster the resultant collision would have been more than real enough. So take it carefully on the suburban byways of Port Macquarie.

For one month a year this cache will have a distinctly festive feel. For the rest it will be incognito, and (slightly) better concealed.

Arm extenders, a robotic claw, a step, a small child to hoist or being 6"6' will be required to access. A stick will get it for you but won't get it back. It will be quite a challenge. BYO pen and no room for swaps.

There is only ONE place this cache will attach, so please replace exactly where it should be (remember the name...). This will be your main challenge!

Koala St is very busy and not safe to park on. Check out the way point for easy safe parking in John Fraser Place. Congratulations to DiMorgan for being the FTF for our first cache. Which is entirely appropriate as our very first find was one of theirs.
