Another barrier cache and not a kiwimykl one this time. Should be a Q E F for most.
Picton appears to have multiple options for obtaining the wet stuff. Despite being surrounded by water (mostly, or is that moistly) it also has the large aqua storage and control at Humphries and Barns' Dams. There are also a couple of large water tanks up the top of Victoria Domain and finally there are these couple of biggies as you head into town from Blenheim, just off the main road.
Thought this spot deserved a barrier cache. It was going to be further along the road at The Elevation (a song by U2 incidentally) but the parking and access was a bit iffy. There is ample parking off SH1 and please take care of littlies near this busy road.
No room for swaps.
