THE CURE
This cache is based on and dedicated to one of my favorite all time bands. The Cure are a British New Wave band that formed in the late 70`s and rose to prominence in the 80`s and 90`s, they still record and perform music for their massive cult following to this day. I am actually going to Vegas this May with a group of friends to see The Cure live for my first time ever ... It's going to be epic.
The band has seen many variations over the years but the one constant is lead singer and songwriter Robert Smith. With his trademark hair style and gothic fashion sense Smith has created a visual style that is unforgettable. By combining brilliant mysterious lyrics with an eclectic array of musical styles that include Synth Pop, Punk Rock and Goth; The Cure have created an original sound that holds up through the decades.
