Temple Kun Yam Thong

Kun Yam Thong (Deng Bi An) is an old temple situated in the heart of Kuala Lumpur, surrounded by sky-high office towers and shopping malls. Despite the hustle-bustle during work hours, upon entering the temple one feels a calm and serene atmosphere. On weekdays many people come to pay respects to the Buddhas and Bodhisattavas during their lunch hour and have a vegetarian lunch.

This temple was founded in 1880
