Team Reid: Wow! Another great turnout for our Annual Christmas Lights Geo-Walk! The rain was cooperating for most of the night, but that still doesn't deter Geocachers!

Thank you to all who attend our event. We really enjoy seeing everyone and meeting new Geocachers. And fun catching up with our old friends.

Somehow the treat table grows as the night goes on... Thank you to those who bring special treats to share. Kinda hard to pass them up, huh?!

Looking forward to next year's 12th Annual, we've already started planning!

Geocache Description:

It's that time of the year again!  

The 11th Annual Christmas Lights Geo-Walk will be held on Sunday, December 13th.  We will be at Starridge Park in Poway from 6p.m. until 9p.m., with lots of cookies, treats, sugar-filled goodies, hot cocoa and hot tea!  Come rain for shine, we'll be there to enjoy Poway's Christmas Lights.  It is about a 1 mile walk around the neighborhood (can be driven as well).  The restrooms will be available again for our convenience.  Come catch up with some long lost geocaching friends, or come make some new ones!

 

Please be sure to bring your cameras because our "Special Guest" will make another appearance from 6:30 - 7:30.

 

P.S.  The park gates close promptly at 9pm.  ALL cars must be out before then.  If you'd like to stay and party, there is plenty of parking on the streets near the park.
